Tomorrow morning Tyler begins his last week of basic training! How exciting! God reminded me this week in an incredible way that He is God, and that His glory will be revealed if we fervently seek after Him. Be praying that Tyler will stay focused this week to accomplish everything to the best of his ability. He's such a strong young man of God and I am so proud of him. He has worked so, so hard to get to where he is now and that's something to be celebrated. So pray that he'll fervently seek after God's face this week, and that God will give him strength and energy to make it every last step of the way. There is power in the name of Jesus Christ! I pray you all have an incredible week. I love you all. Bless you.
After posting, Mrs. Loretta told me that they had a voice mail at home from Tyler this afternoon and he'll be in the field for training Monday through Wednesday, so be praying for him through these cold nights! :)

This is exciting! One week left of basic training! God's loving grace has brought Tyler thus far and will carry him to the end! And, only through God's grace has Tyler's loved ones made it through his being gone! We'll continue praying for him. The way time is flying he will be back in good 'ole SC before we know it!!!! Thanks again Brittany for your continuance in posting on the blog. It has been a life saver reading about all that Tyler has been going through! We love you both!!!! With much love, thoughts and prayers....Boogie & Vickie
Tyler never leaves my heart or my prayers. I am so excited that the end of training is almost near. I can't wait to see him! I saw Loretta at Food Lion tonight and she seemed so down. I know she misses him tremendously and I'm really glad she gets to see him this week. God's grace will get him through this week and will also get Loretta through. I know you miss him tremendously and I'm so thankful that you keep us posted.
I love you guys very much.
I am doing fine! God has been good and faithful through it all. I am so proud of Tyler for all he is accomplishing. I am not sure why I appeared to be downhearted...may be just tired.
Keep lifting Tyler up in prayer, he still has a ways to go. Thankfully they allow a 36-hour pass and I know this will encourage him.
Brittany - you have been so good calling us and giving us updates. With me having the updates and then reading the blog, I still get excited. Thank you for your beautiful words, they have truly been a gift to us all. We love you! Ret
