Tomorrow morning FTX begins.

FTX is a field training exercise that will last for 7 days and 6 nights. They have to march to where their going for 6 miles with their ruck sacks. Tyler's prayer request is that he will recall all that he has learned in his training to perform well during this whole week. We need to be lifting him up in prayer constantly because he will not be receiving any mail this week to hear any encouragement from home. God is going to do amazing things for Tyler this week. He will make it through by God's everlasting grace. Not a day will go by that Tyler is not drenched in the holy spirit! After we get through this next week, we then prepare to GO PICK HIM UP AND BRING HIM HOME! Pray for him all week and we'll trust God as we place Tyler in His hands. God is going to give Tyler energy that he's never had before and he's going to soar through this week. And just in going back to the simplicity of it all; pray that he will just have fun as he learns new things! God bless you all. I pray that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We are so blessed. Love y'all!

Ahhh...another post! Thanks Brittany! I sure am praying for him! I know without a doubt that God's presence will be all around Tyler, giving him the strength, wisdom, encouragement, and all he needs to get through his FTX. I just LOVE that picture Tori took of him! That is Tyler!!! Didn't we have a blessed Thanksgiving! God has been right there with Tyler and with us through out it all! What a blessing that Tyler was granted yet another privilege having use of his cell phone for the holidays! What an awesome God we serve!!!!! We love you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

OK Brittany, it begins. It's only a week but will seem like eternity. However, through prayer and God's grace, Tyler will get through this. This week will be a special week of prayer for Tyler. We've prayed for him constantly to this point but now we'll pray so faithfully and so constantly that Tyler won't need letters or cell phones to hear our words of encouragement. He's going to feel them. We serve a gracious God and He is AWESOME! He'll deliver the words of encouragement to Tyler for us. Love you tons and thanks for all the blogs!
